Sports plays a big important role in English live. Most important teams are association football, hockey, cricket, rugby... Most important induvidual sports include badmintom, tennis, boxing, motorsports...


Football in England:

Football is the most popular sport in England, it is known in England and US as "soccer". The England national team won the world cup in 1966 when it was celebrate on England. Since then, they have failed in every major international tournament

Basketball in England:

Basketball is not one of the most popular sports in England, the national team was formed by the national basket organisations of England, Scotland and Wales on 1 December 2005. They have not win an international tournament yet.

Motorsports in England:

The most formula one teams were bassed on England, the England´s drivers won 8 Formula One World Championship, the better drivers from England are Jenson Button and Lewin Hamilton. There are a British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
